Her Majesty's Theatre

This is definitely Andrew Lloyd Webbers best musical and for me the best musical ever, We sat in the second row of the stalls B24//B25 our view was perfect and the chandelier felt almost on top of us fantastic special effects and the technical side of the scene changes was extremely professional. I loved the old theatre decorations and would recommend getting dressed up for the occasion , it makes it that much more special.

The theatre water and two icecreams in the interval was a rip offf at £15. £4 bottle water. £5.50 icecream x 2 Disgusting especially the water

The show itself was absolutely fantastic — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for both of us. We were blown away by the acting, the singing, the staging, the beautiful costumes, and the incredible props. Everything on stage was world-class, and we enjoyed it immensely. During the interval we saw a mouse run across the floor. It genuinely startled us and, for me, it made it difficult to stay fully focused on the second half of the show. Even with these issues, it was still a memorable night that we’ll remember for a long time. Given the partially blocked view from my friend’s seat and the presence of a mouse during the interval, we feel part of the experience was compromised. We would appreciate a partial refund or appropriate compensation for these issues, much appreciated.
